As the director of engagement at Splashlight, the total worker health team that manages the workers' compensation bill review process for dozens of large employers, TJ is leading the industry with his unique strategies of helping save more money and improve employee health in the process. TJ is also passionate about entrepreneurship. He serves as health coach and co-founder of Founder Health, a startup podcast and coaching program helping entrepreneurs build their business without sacrificing their health. After starting his career in insurance, TJ realized there was a big problem in the U.S. that he felt called to help solve: the widespread growth of chronic diseases like obesity and diabetes.

As the manager of basketball administration, Spencer works as an analyst supporting the Pacers coaching staff and front office. Prior to his current position, Spencer was enrolled in the JD/MBA program at Iowa where he gained key internship experiences with the University of Iowa Athletic Department, Indiana Pacers,, and STATS, LLC. During his time at Iowa he was involved with the Hawkinson Institute, Henry Fund, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Achievement, Dance Marathon, and the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. In his free time, Spencer enjoys cheering on the Hawkeyes, playing basketball, and biking on the many trails of Indianapolis.

After graduating from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business with a BBA in finance in May 2006, Chris joined BMO Capital Markets' investment banking division in Chicago, where he worked on numerous M&A transactions and capital raises in the food and consumer industries. In June of 2010, Chris left BMO to join ZS Associates, a management consulting firm that specializes in sales and marketing consulting. Recently, he joined Astellas as their Market Intelligence Manager. During his time at the University of Iowa, he was involved with the Hawkinson Institute, Delta Sigma Pi, Residence Life, and Iowa Icehawks hockey team.

Michael serves as legal counsel to Governor Terry E. Branstad and Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds on matters of health care and taxation. Before joining Governor Branstad's staff, Michael worked as an attorney in private practice in his hometown of Davenport, Iowa, representing individuals, businesses, and medical professionals throughout Iowa and Illinois. Before practicing as an attorney, he worked as a consultant for Deloitte in Chicago. During his time in Iowa City, Michael helped create the Tippie Optimist Chapter. Today, he remains active on the Iowa Sports Foundation Board and as a co-founder of Professionals for Charity, a charity in Des Moines working to support Iowa youth. Michael earned a JD from Drake University.

Michael currently works in sports management with the PGA of America to grow participation in the game of golf. He previously worked with the South Florida PGA and began his career with Northern Trust as part of the bank's 2009 GOLD rotational program in Chicago with stints in Abu Dhabi, UAE and a focus on commercial banking. As a student, Michael served as a past president of Delta Sigma Pi, Epsilon Chapter and was a four-year member of the Hawkeye Marching Band. He maintains a strong entrepreneurial passion and has applied both his educational and professional experiences to multiple entrepreneurial endeavors and small business consulting projects in recent years.

Alex is currently a manager at AvantCredit in Chicago. During his time at Tippie, Alex's favorite class was Applied Equity Valuation, where he was the financial sector analyst and covered Principal Financial Group out of Des Moines. His favorite experience was when CNBC's Mad Money came to Iowa with a sold-out audience of more than 1,400 people. Alex is originally from Downers Grove, Illinois.

Alan is currently working towards a master's degree in analytics at Northwestern's College of Engineering. Before school, he spent a year as an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Illinois Network of Charter Schools, where he supported efforts for education policy reform using data analytics. He also spent two years traveling the country advising clients across a variety of industries as an IT strategy consultant with Accenture. As a Tippie student, Alan participated in several student organizations, including Arts Enterprise, Hawkinson Institute, and student government.

Lisa recently completed her JD at the University of Illinois and moved to St. Louis, where she is a corporate associate at the law firm Lewis, Rice, & Fingersh. While at Iowa, Lisa was involved in Delta Sigma Pi, the Hawkinson Institute, the college's Judicial Board, Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and worked as a resident assistant.

Lan is an associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Prior to his current position, he was an analyst with Credit Suisse in its Mergers & Acquisitions Group.  Before working in finance, Lan was a part of the Teach For America program, where he was an Algebra teacher at a low-income school in Los Angeles.  As an undergraduate at Iowa, Lan was involved with the Financial Management Association, the Hawkinson Institute, and was a member of the rowing team.

Lucy has recently returned to the Midwest after starting her career at Intel in Portland, Oregon. She now works in HRIS at Edelman in downtown Chicago as a business analyst. Lucy graduated with a Human Resources Management degree from The Tippie College of Business in May 2012. While Lucy was at Iowa, she served as President of Tippie Senate, was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, and worked as a Resident Assistant.

Ryan's career in the Digital Business Services arena began in consulting at Acquity Group, with a focus in eCommerce solutions. He continued his digital education with Arc Worldwide, the digital arm of Leo Burnett Ad Agency. For the past six months, Ryan has been working as a project manager for Acquia, an open-source software product and services startup. In his free time, Ryan and his wife (also a Hawkeye) hop the Chicago restaurant scene and enjoy outdoor adventures in and around the city. Ryan is excited and honored to be part of the Young Alumni Board so he can give back to the college that gave him so much.

As a media supervisor on the Kraft Foods account for Starcom, Jill acts as an advertising strategist creating experiences that build brands. During her years at Iowa, Jill interned at Cartoon Network/Adult Swim in Atlanta, as well as with an experiential marketing agency working on Pernod Ricard. Her school achievements include completing an honors thesis in marketing, being recognized as a Tippie 21 Under 21, serving on Delta Sigma Pi, taking part in Dance Marathon, and working as a resident assistant in Slater Hall.

Christina is currently employed as a senior consultant with Federal Management Partners, Inc., a human capital and management consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. She serves as the project manager for a number of engagements, with particular focus on employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness for Federal financial regulators. She recently received her Masters degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University. While attending the University of Iowa, she was a faculty research assistant in finance, a Hawkinson Scholar, an intern for the Iowa Sports Marketing Department, and a campus tour guide for the Office of Admissions. Christina credits the Tippie College of Business and its alumni with the opportunities she has had to pursue a consulting career in the DC area and looks forward to helping current students in their endeavors.

Chuck joined and completed Transamerica's Leadership Development Program after graduating from Tippie with an MBA in finance and strategy. He and his family subsequently moved to The Hague, Netherlands, on a two-year expat assignment as a risk manager for Transamerica/Aegon. Since returning to Cedar Rapids, Chuck helped form Transamerica's shared service organization and currently leads the Financial Planning & Analysis group. While at Tippie, he was involved in the Business and Technology Association and the Graduate Consulting and Technology Association. In his free time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and has taught at Mt. Mercy University and volunteered with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity—while always keeping up with the Hawks.

Sukriti is currently on the mergers and acquisitions advisory team at KPMG in Chicago. She was born in India, raised in South Africa, and finished her schooling in Iowa. While attending the University of Iowa, she was involved in a number of organizations, including the Hawkinson Institute, head tutor at the Judith R. Frank Business Communication Center, Tippie Senate, and World Health Initiative. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.

Kaitlyn is currently an executive compensation analyst at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis. She began her career at Ameriprise in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a rotational program that provided the opportunity to experience three different areas within human resources: the project management office, executive compensation, and employee relations. While at Iowa, Kaitlyn was involved in Alpha Kappa Psi, Business Student Ambassadors, and the President's Leadership Society. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Minneapolis, going to the theatre, watching sports, and being involved in Ameriprise’s Young Professionals Network (YPN).

Sam is currently a strategic finance associate for Uber and resides in San Francisco. Previously, he was an associate at Paine & Partners, LLC, a middle market private equity firm that invests in food and agribusiness companies in Chicago. He was also employed in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he worked on consumer and retail financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions in New York. While in school, he was actively involved with Tippie Senate, the Hawkinson Institute, and Delta Sigma Pi. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring restaurants, and golfing.

Roberto is an account manager in the business and industrial markets vertical within Google's advertising business. Roberto also serves on the board of directors of the River North Business Association and as a trustee for his former high school, Nazareth Academy. As an undergraduate, he was president of the Multicultural Business Student Association, a member of the Tippie Judicial Board, and he presided over the annual campaign to raise $50,000 for the Tippie Build Habitat for Humanity project.

Anja currently works in the healthcare industry within the patient financial services office at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Previously, she worked for, a start-up and online marketplace company based out of San Francisco. Anja was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, and came to Iowa as a foreign exchange student in high school. She was very involved with Women in Business during her time at Tippie and often connected with the community through fundraising activities like the Tippie Build. Outside of work, Anja enjoys community gardening, cycling with her husband Adam, and looks forward to engaging with the Young Alumni Board to positively shape the future of Tippie undergraduates.

Jon is a business development lead at Professional Solutions Insurance Services in Des Moines, where he has worked since 2012. Prior to his current position, he was a dental account manager in the dental malpractice division of Professional Solutions, a member company of the NCMIC Group, Inc. family of companies. Previously, Jon was an account executive at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher) from 2010-2012 and interned at Gallagher in 2008 and 2009. As an undergraduate student at Tippie, Jon was fortunate to have a great experience while being involved with the Vaughan Institute of Risk Management and Insurance and Gamma Iota Sigma, a business fraternity with a focus on insurance. Jon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, running, golfing, reading, and following college athletics.

Tim is a risk assurance associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) after having interned there during the summer of 2011. He has also worked at ConAgra Foods Inc., CUNA Mutual Group, and Wells' Dairy Inc. While attending the Tippie College of Business, he was the Hawkinson Institute of Finance scholar, a member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honorary Accounting Society, and a part of the University of Iowa rowing team. He volunteered with the Tippie Build and would like to continue helping other Tippie students through the YAB.

Jostten works on business operations at YouTube Space in Los Angeles, a production facility designed especially for creators to produce video content, learn new skills, and collaborate with the YouTube creative community. Prior to joining YouTube, he worked with Google's business risk management team at the company's headquarters in Mountain View, California. He managed the company's international insurance program, integrated acquired companies, and worked closely with teams such as Google Fiber, Street View, Shopping Express, and the Self-Driving Car Project to mitigate risk. At Iowa, Jostten was a peer leader for Iowa Edge (a program he participated in as an incoming freshman), an economics tutor through various offices on campus, and a Hawkinson scholar.

Laura is the Development Director at Horizons, A Family Service Alliance in Cedar Rapids, IA. She holds a Master's in Social Policy with an emphasis on non-profit organizations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. During her time at the University of Iowa, she studied abroad in India, France, and Argentina. In 2010, she was awarded the Hancher-Finkbine Medallion in recognition of her leadership, learning, and loyalty.

Andrew is an Investment Analyst at Jackson National Asset Management specializing in alternative and equity investments. Beyond his education at Tippie, Andrew graduated, with distinction, from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Investment Management. He previously worked as a Senior Analyst for HFR Asset Management where he was responsible for research and due diligence of hedge fund investments spread across equity hedge, event driven, macro and relative value strategies. He started his career in derivatives trading for Cygnus Atratus where he specialized in S&P 500 Futures and Options. Andrew currently serves as a board member for the Chicago Iowa Club. While at the University of Iowa, he was on the executive board of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and was Vice President of Operations for the Interfraternity Council. Additionally, he enjoyed being a Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County program.

As a student, Neha was involved with Beta Alpha Psi, Multicultural Business Students Association, and the Judicial Board, and thoroughly valued the time she spent at Tippie. She looks forward to representing the board on campus and contributing to the college in her new capacity as a board member over the next several years.

Brandelle is employed in the Tippie College of Business and directs the CIMBA programs and Hong Kong MBA program. Prior to joining the Tipple team, she was a human resources manager for Target Stores. As an undergraduate student at Iowa, she majored in management and marketing and was very involved in Delta Sigma Pi and Habitat for Humanity. She also earned her MBA from Tippie.  She enjoys working at her alma mater with future Tippie alums.

Based out of their Chicago office, Kevin works as a project manager for his client in the retail industry. While at Iowa, Kevin was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and served two terms as president of the Hawks Nest student organization. In his free time, Kevin enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, and attending Iowa Hawkeye athletic events.
