English Language Discussion Circles Add to your Outlook Calendar

English Language Discussion Circles give international students a chance to practice their English, expand their vocabulary, and learn about American culture by chatting with a tutor from the Judith R. Frank Business Communications Center. Each week features a new topic of conversation. Discussion circles meet every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at noon. Students can bring their lunch and stay for all or part of the hour. No appointment is necessary. All students are welcome.

NAWMBA / WIB Shadow Day Luncheon Add to your Outlook Calendar

Undergraduate and graduate female students are invited to a networking lunch and MBA shadow day. Lunch will be provided from 12:15-1:30, along with a discussion about the advantages of getting your MBA and the Admissions process. Following lunch, undergrad students are invited to shadow MBAs to Academy sessions in Finance, Marketing, or Strategic Innovation/Supply Chain.

This event will celebrate the many accomplishments of the Tippie College, including a presentation of the Alumnus of the Year Award and the Young Alumnus of the Year Award. Other items on the agenda include (but are not limited to) the presentation of the Collegiate Teaching Award, a new ESC Award, and recognition of those retiring from the Tippie College.
