The Tippie College has dedicated considerable resources to its website. However, for it to remain a reliable source of information, it is crucial that departments, units, and student organizations make every effort to keep it up-to-date.
The Communications Team works closely with the college's web developers, Rachel Stewart and Alina Shybayeva, on the development of pages on the college's website. To ensure that information is current, we have assigned members of our team to review and manage certain collegiate pages.
- Misti Huedepohl reviews Finance and Accounting departmental pages, the Undergraduate Program Office pages, and the Full-time MBA Program pages;
- Lesanne Fliehler reviews the entire website periodically and she specifically reviews Management Sciences and Management & Organizations departmental pages and the MBA-PM Program pages; and
- Barbara Thomas reviews Economics and Marketing departmental pages and the Executive MBA and the International MBA Program pages.
Suggested lead time for new webpages ranges from 1 to 8 weeks (depending on the complexity and number of pages). Our web designers will not begin your project until completed copy is in hand. We will need your assistance to develop copy as well as gather photography and images.
The Tippie Wall
We developed the Tippie Wall to tell the stories of students, alumni, faculty, and staff who have had an impact on or have been impacted by their experience with the Tippie College. If you have an idea for a feature, we encourage you to complete our online form, and a member of our staff will follow up with you.
Many units are using e-newsletters to communicate with their constituents. There are different options and formats for e-newsletters. We suggest that you review your ideas with Rachel Stewart who will assist you in the design of your project. You will be heavily responsible for the content but should share your piece with the Communications Team for edits before sending.
