CIMBA alumni understand that today's dynamic and diverse global business environment requires business leaders with unparalleled experience, leadership skills, and career dedication. As a measure of their support in the development of tomorrow's leaders, the CIMBA Alumni Association created the Alumni-in-Residence program. The program provides a unique opportunity for our alumni to participate directly in the development of those leaders and in creating the skill-building innovations necessary to fulfill their compelling responsibilities. Alumni-in-Residence participants are successful CIMBA executives who have exemplified the CIMBA vision for continuous improvement and personal development. Within the Alumni-in-Residence program they serve for varying time periods as Distinguished Alumni Professors with responsibilities to:
- Create, share, and apply knowledge, process, and leadership-behavior skills necessary to address the challenges faced by executives in today's global business environment
- Further develop the values and competencies that are at the foundation of the effective practice of management
- Develop the state-of-the-art learning opportunities and technologies necessary to drive a world-class learning environment
Much of the focus at CIMBA on leadership development, coaching, rational process, and innovation are the consequences of an involved alumni who share the CIMBA vision for creating a learning environment focused on developing those skills necessary for the effective practice of management.
