Process Improvements (Six Sigma) Projects
The MBA Process Improvement (Six Sigma) Project teams working directly with a client under the supervision of a CIMBA Six Sigma Black Belt. The project team applies the Six Sigma methodology to an inefficient or underperforming process within that client company. The combination of inferential statistical analysis, Kepner-Tregoe Problem Analysis, and the Six Sigma methodology provides the MBA Project Team with the most sophisticated tools available for determining root cause. Previous Six Sigma projects have addressed timeliness, efficiency, quality, and cycle time issues while providing clients with significant business process improvements and an average annual savings of €25,000. It is expected that the MBA Six Sigma Project team will work for a total of two months and spend approximately 300 to 600 hours on the project. The projects begin in January and end in May.
