All recipients will be recognized at a University event this fall. Here is a brief summary of Joni's accomplishments:

ROI Study Launched By Iowa's EMBA Program
The University of Iowa has launched a comprehensive study to determine the return on investment (ROI) for Executive MBA students and their employer organizations. Greg Stewart and Amy Colbert, faculty members at the University of Iowa, have spearheaded this study in, and will partner with several other EMBA programs throughout the United States. Surveys have already been distributed to a few graduating classes from Iowa's EMBA program, and additional surveys will be distributed to other EMBA classes in the next several weeks.
These surveys will measure leadership effectiveness, proactively of EMBA students within their work place and across their organization, and proactively of their direct reports. There will also be some follow-up surveys over a period of years to provide insight into the long term benefits of an Executive MBA experience.
Current and past EMBA Students are encouraged to participate to help demonstrate and validate the tremendous value an Executive MBA experience has for the participant and their respective organizations. For questions about this survey, contact John Fraser at the University of Iowa Tippie School of Management Executive MBA program (319-335-1043).
