The Economist Puts a Spotlight on Brazil

Dr. Doug Merrill, an '09 EMBA Graduate Is On The Move
Congratulations to Dr. Doug Merrill on his new position with Dartmouth University. Doug recently relocated to New Hampshire and will begin work on Monday to help establish a new ambulatory surgical center for Dartmouth. As Doug puts it, "the same job as the University of Iowa...but with more snow." He hopes to return to a future EMBA reunioun, but until then, we wish Doug all the best for continued success and a smooth transition to his new community.
Vaccinations Continue
According to The University of Iowa's Student Health policy EMBA students are required to receive a 2nd MMR vaccination to be cleared for Spring 2010 registration. So, on Friday, November 20th nurses from Student Health will administer 2nd MMR's in the Pomerantz Center Exchange beginning at 8:15AM.
