Minor in Strategic Innovation
The Academy offers the following tracks to students outside the Academy who wish to obtain a designated minor in Strategic Innovation in the University of Iowa Academic Record. Students must successfully complete the required course with a grade of B or better.
Option 1
- 6N:229 Operations Management
- 6K:218 Statistical Methods for Process Improvement or 6J:263 Strategic Management of Change
- 6K:293 Rapid Continuous Improvement
- 6K:291 Strategy Deployment and the Lean Enterprise
Option 2
- 6N:240 Strategic Management and Policy
- 6J:263 Strategic Management of Change
- 6T:246 Management of Innovation and Technology
- Any other course counting toward the Strategic Management and Innovation track (consult the current SMI plan of study for options)
