Fall 2010 Application Deadlines

International applicant priority deadline
for financial aid		 January 15, 2010
Final deadline for international applicants
Priority deadline for U.S. applicants		 April 15, 2010
Final deadline for U.S. applicants July 30, 2010

The Application Process

Tippie admits new students in the fall semester only. For insight into our admissions philosophy, review the admissions criteria section.

Here's an overview of the admissions process:

  • Application—You must complete an application and supply the required documents before the deadlines listed above.
  • Admissions Interview—For candidates unable to visit campus, interviews are granted on an invitation-only basis after evaluation of an application. Applicants who visit campus will complete their admissions interview during the visit. Interviews are conducted on campus by admissions staff, over Skype, or by phone.

Application Checklist

Before your application will be considered complete, the following items must be submitted:

  • Application (submitted online)
  • Essays (questions are included in the application)
  • Professional resume (not to exceed 2 pages)
  • Professional cover letter to accompany resume
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Official transcripts from all postsecondary educational institutions you attended
  • Official GMAT score report
  • TOEFL or IELTS scores (international applicants only)
  • Application fee of $60 (domestic students) or $100 (international students)
  • Completed admissions interview
