Testing and Scores
We accept both the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) for admission to the Tippie MBA.
Score Expiration
Test scores are valid for up to five years after the test date. Your application should be submitted before the score expires.
Score Reporting
An official copy of your score report is needed at the time you apply. There are two ways to send a score report:
- Specify Tippie to receive your score during the test
- Request a score report after your test date
For GMAT scores, request a report at MBA.com and follow the links to the GMAT section and GMAT Score Reporting. The Full-time MBA program code is 4RL-2J-98.
For GRE scores, start at the ETS-GRE Score Reporting website and request a score report to be sent to us. The University of Iowa institution code is 6681.
