Personalized Campus Visits
Many Tippie MBAs tell us that their campus visit sold them on Tippie -- the program, the people, and the city. Your campus visit will be individually designed based on your area of interest and experience.
Online Chats

Discovery Dinners
Every spring, the Tippie admissions team (along with alumni and current students) hosts Discovery Dinners around the country. You'll enjoy a complementary meal in an informal group setting; plus, you'll get your questions answered while getting to know the Tippie crew a little better. It's a low pressure, high value event for those considering Tippie for B-school.
MBA Fairs
Tippie attends a number of MBA fairs around the country (and the world) every fall, and we are part of virtual MBA fairs year-round. It's a great way to get your questions answered without leaving your hometown.
Tippie admissions reps are available for personal information appointments or admissions interviews in some cities; select the event name from the list on the Recruiting Event page to see if times are available. We hope you will join us at an event in your city.
Personal Information Sessions
Year round, the Tippie admissions team travels periodically to Midwest cities for personal information sessions. For these one-on-one meetings, just bring yourself, your resume, and your questions. You'll get answers and in-depth information about the Tippie MBA
Advance Weekend
Every April, Tippie hosts admitted and prospective students for Advance Weekend, a Friday/Saturday event that's a great opportunity for prospective students to experience life at Tippie, meet current students, and get answers to those "need-to-know" questions.
See what Advance Weekend looked like last year, or view photos from the event. Advance includes sessions with career services, career academy directors, and student organizations...plus plenty of fun thrown in for good measure, like exploring Iowa City's nightlife, touring Iowa City, visiting Kinnick Stadium's new press box – all while getting to know your future classmates.
