Projects are structured over a 17 week period and can be broken up into four phases. Each phase contains milestones consisting of client sign off in order for the team to progress to the next stage. In addition, three in person meetings occur that includes a project kick-off lunch, formal midpoint and final presentations. Click on each phase below to find out what is expected.
Communication and interaction with the client and BSC directors make the projects a success. Weekly meetings with the BSC directors and clients are held to ensure the projects are progressing towards a successful final recommendation. In addition, the MBA consulting teams present written status reports to the client every two weeks to show the project progression.
