We value your interest in recruiting Tippie MBAs, and we are committed to making the recruiting process as simple and efficient as possible.
We provide a flexible approach to recruiting our students, which enables you to customize how your brand is built on our campus. We encourage information sessions and on-campus interviews during the fall and spring recruiting seasons, but we also have direct referral relationships with a growing list of corporate partners. This model allows us to refer a targeted resume packet of potential "right fit" candidates within your hiring timeline. If you aren't able to travel to our campus, we'll bring the talent to you!

Alternatively, we understand that the recruiting season is a very busy time, and we encourage employers to e-mail job descriptions to our office so we can post the details on your behalf.
