Empower women MBAs: propel women into positions of leadership, enhancing the diversity of the American workforce

Providing Tippie women with the opportunity to establish lifelong relationships with faculty, staff, peers and women in the community

Chapter Highlights

Lunch with Gloria Steinem
In April 2013, MBA students and Professor Nancy Hauserman had a chance to have lunch with legendary Gloria Steinem (far front right), who was presenting at the Iowa Women's Leadership Conference in Coralville, IA.

 

Haunted Hustle 5K
On October 29th MBA WI - Tippie Chapter put on the Haunted Hustle 5K to raise money for DVIP. The race was held at Kent Park in Oxford. Watch the video recap on our YouTube channel.

 

Fired Up! Pottery Night
MBAWI - Tippie Chapter had a great time at Fired Up! In Iowa City in November painting bowls to be donated to DVIP for their annual Souper Bowl of Caring Event.

MBAWI - Tippie Chapter provided some of the volunteers for DVIP’s annual Souper Bowl of Caring event on March 29.

 

Mixing & Mentoring
On April 3rd the MBAWI - Tippie Chapter had the chance to meet with many of the Women of Influence at Graze in Iowa City.
