London Internship Program

Program Dates: May 24 - July 17, 2010

London is one of Europe's main centers of commerce and business. It's the perfect setting for a hands-on summer internship where you can apply business principles in the workplace while learning more about life and business customs in a vibrant foreign city.

The capital of the United Kingdon and the largest city in the European Union, London is the headquarters of more than half of the UK's top 100 listed companies (the FTSE 100) and more than 100 of Europe's 500 largest companies. The city is a major tourist destination for both domestic and overseas visitors and will host the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

The Tippie College has partnered with EUSA to bring Iowa undergraduate students a customized academic internship opportunity in London. The eight-week program provides hands-on, real-life internships in London businesses. Students live in shared flats and commute to their place of employment.

This program is not your typical study abroad program.
It is a program for mature students seeking international work experience.
