A veteran of consumer packaged goods, Peggy brings a wealth of corporate experience to University of Iowa and the Marketing Institute. She previously worked at several Fortune 500 companies, including Kellogg's, Kraft Foods , SC Johnson Wax and Coors Brewing. Peggy's professional background is in sales, market research, marketing and new products. In the past few years, Peggy has turned her attention to academia, focusing on skill development of the next generation of business leaders. She was a Guest Instructor at the University of Dubuque from 2010-2011 and in 2013, joined the University of Iowa. Peggy is the he recipient of many professional and academic honors, including the TOPS Mentor Excellence Award from SC Johnson Wax, ABCD Award from Kraft Foods and the "Top Women in Grocery Rising Star" recognition by Progressive Grocer Magazine.

Drive to the Iowa City area. Then follow these directions:
Exit I-80 at Exit 244, Dubuque Street. Head south into town on Dubuque Street. As you near downtown Iowa City, turn right on Market Street until it dead ends (this is a one-way street). Turn left onto Madison Street then immediately turn left into the IMU Parking Ramp. Exit the parking ramp on Level 4, heading east. Walk across the plaza into the Pappajohn Business Building. The Marketing Institute is located on the second floor at the southeast corner of the building.
