Burer Receives COAP Best Paper Award
The paper "Globally Solving Box-Constrained Nonconvex Quadratic Programs with Semidefinite-based Finite Branch-and-Bound" by management sciences associate professorSam Burer and Dieter Vandenbussche, published in Computational Optimization and Applications (COAP) Volume 43, was voted by the COAP editorial board as the best paper published in the journal in 2009.
