UI Alumni Association Event Offers Business Networking Opportunities
Collaboration is critical in today’s business world—and an upcoming networking event from the University of Iowa Alumni Association offers the chance to make some important connections with fellow Hawkeyes.
The Alumni Networking Happy Hour—"Business and Entrepreneurship Industries"—on Monday, April 8, takes place in conjunction with the grand opening of the Iowa City Area Development Group’s IC Colab, a contemporary workspace in Iowa City that encourages professional collaboration and economic development.
During this casual and engaging evening event, Dan Reed, UI vice president for research and economic development, and David Hensley, UI interim associate vice president for economic development, will discuss the future of business and entrepreneurship in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids Corridor.
