Workshop Helps Business Owners Plan Retirement

The seminar will provide a general framework for understanding how to create and manage wealth during a business owner's career, and outlines such important concepts as asset allocation, risk, liquidity, tax sheltering, costs and outpacing inflation.
The instructor is John H. Spitzer, clinical professor of finance at the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. Spitzer has worked previously as a senior economist at the Federal Reserve Board, vice president at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, vice president at Fannie Mae, and vice president at Salomon Brothers. He has no affiliation with any investment product or financial services provider.
