Traders on the IOWA ELECTRONIC MARKETS, a real-money exchange run by professors at the UNIVERSITY OF IOWA, gave Barack Obama an 80.4 percent chance of winning the Democratic presidential nomination, compared to 18 percent for Hillary Clinton, trading data showed.
