Unilever Food Marketing Leader to Talk to Tippie Marketing Students

Ted Skodol, director of channel marketing for Unilever Foodsolutions and a University of Iowa alumnus, will speak to marketing students in the Tippie College of Business at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 5 in W151 Pappajohn Business Building.

Skodol received his bachelor of business administration (BBA) from the UI in 1996. He will be accompanied by one of the company's corporate chefs, and they will discuss how the company uses market research to work with its culinary team to develop new products.

Skodol has worked for 10 years in marketing and product development for Unilever, which produces such brands as Hellman's mayonnaise, Ragu spaghetti sauce, Knorr soup, and Wish Bone salad dressing.
