Students Invited to Career Development Panel Discussion April 22
University of Iowa students are invited to a career development panel titled "Multiple Paths to Success" from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 22, in Room 1505 Seamans Center (Stanley Auditorium) in the UI College of Engineering. It is free and open to the public.
The event will illustrate diverse career paths and includes presentations by a variety of community and business leaders as well as graduate students. A reception will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. followed by presentations from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and a networking fair from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Careers in business and finance, engineering, marketing, information systems, law, medicine, and psychiatry will be discussed.
The panel discussion is presented by the UI Hubbard Group and the UI College of Engineering with cosponsorship from the Ethnic Inclusion Effort for Iowa Engineering and the UI College of Education's Belin-Blank Center.
