Whiteman Says 'Iowa Revenue Is in Recovery Mode'

Tippie economics professor and director of the Institute for Economic Research, Charles Whiteman, believes that revenue growth could begin as early as 2011. Additionally, the institute is predicting increasing growth of personal income for Iowans over the next two years.
