Eastern Iowa Entrepreneurs to 'Pitch and Grow' March 3
The Technology Association of Iowa and the University of Iowa John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center are presenting Pitch and Grow IIIEastern Iowa, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids.
Entrepreneurs will pitch their business to a group of peer CEOs, CIOs, business development experts, industry professionals, and business-savvy people. In return, they will receive constructive feedback on areas such as fund-raising, value proposition, business plan, management team, sales/marketing/support, and building strategy.
Sixteen Eastern Iowa companies will give their pitches at Pitch and Grow, including Corvida Medical (formerly J&J Solutions), Componica, and Celadon Applications, located in the UI Technology Innovation Center, and CQM Systems, located in the UI BioVentures Center.
