Conference Rooms

Pappajohn Building conference rooms are equipped with a PC, VCR/DVD, and 50-inch HD Plasma Display.

The following rooms are controlled by the College of Business and can be reserved via a Room Reservation Request—S104, S126, C106, C150, W326, W364, S326, and S364.

To reserve one of the two General Access Conference rooms (C208 and C250) in the Pappajohn Building, e-mail registrar-room-res@uiowa.edu or call 335-1243.

Use your HawkID and Active Directory password to log on to the computer in any of these rooms.

Please remember to log out and turn off the display
when you leave the room!

Pappjohn Conference Room Equipment

Pappajohn conference rooms contain the following multimedia equipment:

DELL OptiPlex 745

  • 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
  • 2 GB of memory
  • CD-R/DVD combo drive
  • Front accessible USB 2.0 port
  • Windows XP

VCR/DVD Combination Player
This unit will play NTSC or PAL format VHS tapes, as well as all DVD formats.

Panasonic 50-inch High Definition Plasma Display
Along with display of the computer and VCR/DVD unit, this display can be connected to a laptop. See the Laptop Connection link below for instructions.

To use the display and connected AV equipment, begin by powering on the display using the AV Control Panel.
