Printing
Stead Technology Services Group provides support for printing in the college in the following ways:
- Setup and installation of local printers
- Install network printer drivers
- Network printing for faculty is available in C233 PBB. A key is required to access this office. Key checkout is through the Dean's Office (C120 PBB).
- All systems should be set up with access to print to the Document Center (C102 PBB). The small copier is available 24 hours a day.
- Hardware support of printers is on a very basic level
- Clearing paper jams
- Network connectivity issues
