Henry Tippie Received Honorary Doctorate

The University of Iowa awarded an honorary doctorate to UI alumnus and benefactor Henry B. Tippie as part of commencement ceremonies last Saturday. Tippie graduated with a BSC degree in accounting in 1949, completing his course work in just two years. Over the course of his career he has owned or managed businesses involved in ranching, motorsports, radio, and others.

Tippie Students Capture Honors
