The Professional MBA Program at the Tippie College of Business has moved up 16 places to #22 in the 2019 U.S. News & World Report rankings of graduate schools released today. This ranking is the highest on record for the program since the ranking began in 1994.

AM Best has named the Tippie College’s Vaughan Institute of Risk Management and Insurance as one of 20 college programs doing the best job of preparing young people for careers in insurance.

The Princeton Review, in partnership with Entrepreneur, ranks the top undergraduate programs at universities. The UI John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center ranks #17.

Bloomberg's annual ranking of full-time U.S. MBA programs (international rankings are coming soon), based on data they compiled from more than 1,000 recruiters, 15,000 alumni, and 9,000 recent graduates. Bloomberg continues last year’s focus on how well the schools channel their graduates into good jobs and, with a new survey of MBAs after graduation, offer more insight into what grads can expect from their careers.

The magazine also ranked undergraduate programs in business and engineering. Among all public and private universities, the UI Henry B. Tippie College of Business placed 33rd, up one spot from last year.

The Big Ten is home to two of the top three college cities/towns in the U.S., including No. 1, according to a recent Forbes.com ranking.
