Tippie hosted a Monday Memoir on April 5, 2021, featuring three Tippie students who are deeply involved with the college's BizEdge mentoring program. A video of the talk is available online.

McKrina Lopez is a proud first-generation Guatemalan-American third year student. She is studying Marketing with a minor in Latinx/a/o Studies. Within Tippie, she works alongside the BizEdge team as a student program coordinator and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador.

Luz Alcala is a third year student studying HR Management & Business Analytics. She serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador within Tippie and is also the president of Multicultural Business Student Association, and a mentor and coordinator for the BizEdge program.

Zahra Aalabdulrasul is a senior at the Tippie College of Business from Cedar Rapids, IA. Along with her BBA in Entrepreneurial Management, Zahra will graduate in May with a certificate in Event Planning and Leadership. Zahra serves as a DEI Ambassador and works with programs like BizEdge as well as Black in Business. Additionally, Zahra dedicates her time as a DEI Ambassador to college- wide DEI initiatives.

Tippie Monday Memoirs are planned for the first Monday of every month during the semester. Details will be provided closer to each date.
