Alumnus To Discuss Leveraged Buy-outs in UI Lecture

Ashton's lecture, "Innovation in Financing a Deal: A Case Study of Engineered Products", will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25 in S401 Pappajohn Business Building.

Ashton's lecture will explore the real life case study of a $30 million leveraged buy-out transaction his company completed. The success of that deal carefully crafted both the science of due diligence and art of creative financing.
