TIAA-CREF's Ferguson to discuss economy, higher education in lecture March 25
Roger Ferguson, president and CEO of TIAA-CREF, will speak at The University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 25 in the Senate Chambers of Old Capitol. Admission to Ferguson's lecture, "Economic Outlook and Its Implications for Higher Education," is free and open to the public.
Ferguson has led the mutual fund and annuity firm since April. Before that he was vice chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He was on the board from 1997 to 2006 and served as its vice chair from 1999.
