Yiduo Shao

Assistant Professor

Introduction

Yiduo Shao is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Tippie College of Business. Prior to joining Tippie, she earned her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Florida and B. S. in Psychology from Peking University. Dr. Shao's research focuses on key trends shaping the future of work, including workforce aging, human-AI collaboration, and the rise of flexible, digital, and virtual work arrangements. Her research has been published in leading management outlets, such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Management. She has also received research funding from the National Science Foundation.


Dr. Shao does not accept any visiting Ph.D. students (regardless of funding source) at this time.
