Developing better leaders—one student at a time

How is leadership developed? Are leaders born or can they be taught? These are the types of issues that the faculty of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship study. They dive into the complex issues of management—from the traits of successful leaders and organizations to how personality plays into a work team.
