Data tells the story of business

90% of all data that exists today was created in the last two years. That’s a number that won’t stop growing—which means that people who can make sense of it will be in-demand far into the future.

That’s where the business analytics and information systems major comes in. Our courses provide you with flexible, useful, relevant skills that benefit industries both large and small. You’ll learn to use technology and data to solve business problems and communicate what you’ve learned to influence and inform business decisions.

The BAIS major is a great fit for anyone interested in business, whether you love puzzles and problem-solving, you’ve already got some coding skills, or you enjoy communicating and presenting ideas in different mediums. No previous technical experience required.
