Morning events will take place at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, 901 Melrose Avenue

• 7:30 am - Breakfast
• 8:30 am - Group photo (please make every effort to be here for this photo)
• 9:00 am - Meeting begins and will include introductions by members attending their first meeting and a college update
• 10:30 am - Break
• 10:45 am - Presentation on Artificial Intelligence featuring Barry Thomas and Patrick Fan from the Tippie College and Nitesh Chawla (via Zoom) from the Lucy Institute for Data and Society
• 12:00 pm - Lunch

Afternoon events

• 1:00 pm - Bus leaves for Belle Plaine to tour the Henry B. Tippie Annex at the Belle Plaine Area Museum (optional) 
• 3:30 pm - Bus leaves for Iowa City and returns guests to the hotel 

Evening events

• 5:45 pm - Bus leaves the hotel for the Pappajohn Business Building.
• 6:00 pm - Evening reception to be held in the BizHub of the Pappajohn Business Building with Tippie faculty and students.
• 8:30 pm (approx) - Bus returns guests to the hotel 

Sunday, February 25

• Brunch at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel (optional) 
• 11:00 am - Bus departs for Carver Hawkeye Arena
• 12:00 noon - Tip-off of the Iowa Women's Basketball Game vs. Illinois
• Post-game - Bus returns guests to the hotel 

Logistics

Transportation will be provided by bus from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel to/from Belle Plaine, the Pappajohn Business Building, and Carver Hawkeye Arena. If you are not staying at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel but want to take advantage of the bus transportation, please let us know so we can update you if there is any change on departure times from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel.
