A team of Tippie College of Business students finished in second place at the 2023 National Women’s Case Competition at the University of Texas at Austin.

The team consisted of students Sabina Reisz, Karishma Patel, Lisa Lee, and Stephanie Garcia, with student advisor Brooke Nickelson, staff advisor Gabriela Rivera, and faculty advisor Beth Livingston. Teams were assessed on a proposed solution to a strategic challenge facing competition-sponsor Apple. Students conducted a 15-minute presentation  about their proposal, along with an executive summary.

The competition drew teams from 18 business schools from across the country.
