Two Tippie PhD students and one undergraduate will be among around 80 University of Iowa student researchers honored for outstanding work in the 2025 Dare to Discover banner campaign. The campaign, which is sponsored the the Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR), highlights students and postdocs participating in research, scholarship, and other creative activities. 

The banners will be displayed in downtown Iowa City.

Sujin Jeong is a PhD student in management and entrepreneurship. Her research helps employees manage identity. 

Christian Hutzler is a PhD student in accounting. His research sheds light on business regulation. 

Emma Chase is an Undergraduate student in business analytics & information systems and psychology. Her research focuses on predicting the causes of hiring imbalances.
