In our case, these programs are highly customizable and can be delivered on a myriad of topics in a variety of modes (virtual, in-person, etc.).

What kinds of programs does the Tippie Leadership Collaborative offer?

TLC programs range from 1-hour webinar style presentations or keynote addresses to half or full day workshops. In many cases, businesses partner with us to design and deliver a series of workshops or a multi-session program that takes place over the course of several months. Because our offerings are each uniquely designed, we’ll work relentlessly to meet the needs of our partners. So, if you have a program idea that does not fit these descriptions, just reach out and ask!

What are some of your most frequently requested topics?

Some of our most frequently requested topics are related to leading teams, navigating change, managing conflict, engaging employees, and making effective decisions. Our faculty have wide-ranging areas of expertise, so even if you’re unsure of what you’re looking for, we’ll help identify targeted topics to engage and upskill your leaders.

How does pricing work?

We can "design to a price" or "price to a design" depending on your specific situation and goals. Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with you to provide an affordable experience that meets your needs.

How far in advance should I start planning to work with the TLC?

Preparation time for TLC programs vary based on a variety of factors. Faculty availability, amount of content development and customization needed, length and frequency of desired sessions, delivery mode, and extra materials needed may all impact our turnaround time. At the very least, we’ll quickly assess and set realistic expectations to help you plan.

Who teaches TLC programs?
