1. A current CV. Save the file as LastName_FirstName_CV.pdf.
2. A statement of your interest in the FutureBAProf program addressing the following:
   1. What interests you about an academic career?
   2. What do you want to learn about business analytics programs?
   3. What do you hope to gain by participating in the FutureBAProf Workshop?
      The statement should be no more than one page, single-spaced, in 12-point font. Include your name and date at the top of the document. Save the file as LastName_FirstName_Interest.pdf.
