We enroll new students in the fall semester only. Admission is competitive and there is limited capacity, so we recommend applying early.

Application deadlines

  • Early application deadline: November 1, 2018
  • Priority deadline for merit-based awards: January 1, 2019
  • Final international deadline: March 1, 2019
  • Final domestic deadline: May 1, 2019

  • Domestic applicants: $60
  • International applicants: $100

Minimum requirements

You must meet all of the below requirements to be considered for admission.

Bachelor’s degree

Earned from a regionally accredited college/university or equivalent from another country. We accept students from all undergraduate majors; a business degree is not required.

English proficiency: TOEFL/IELTS

International candidates only. Minimum TOEFL scores are 100 iBT, 600 CBT, and 7.0 IELTS with no sub-score below 6.0. Waivers available for those who qualify.

GMAT or GRE

No minimum score. Waivers available for current Tippie business students.

GPA

Cumulative 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale, or foreign equivalent.
