Applying as an international student
Guidelines for international students applying to Tippie full-time graduate programs are as follows:
Undergraduate degree
You must hold either a U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or an equivalent degree from another country as determined by the Office of Admissions:
If you are admitted, the Office of International Admissions requires you to submit your official marks sheets (transcripts) and diploma, as well as a translated copy if the original is not in English. The originals will be needed for review, but will be returned to you.
Financial Considerations for your full time degree

Academic loans
As an international student, your options for private student loans will be limited. Most lenders will require a cosigner who is either a US citizen or a permanent resident. Keep in mind that interest rates for these loans may be rather high and there may also be loan fees.
If you are unsure of how to apply for the loan or if you have questions about interest, loan fees, or repayment, you can contact the Office of Student Financial Aid for assistance. A financial aid advisor can help you navigate loan options and plans for loan repayment. They also have information about private student loan options, depending on level and international status.
