How does Tip come up with answers to my questions?
Tip is trained on all the information found in Tippie's website, including program pages, PDFs, directories, and more. Tip's knowledge of other information—like random facts and current events—is limited.
Tip can answer incorrect for a variety of reasons, like misreading context or not understanding which program your question is about. Since it's not an exact science, don't rely on Tip for advice that's better coming from a human.
