Four courses are required to earn your concentration. Courses are subject to change.
Required courses:
- Managerial Finance—MBA:8180*
- Portfolio Management—FIN:9200
* If this course is waived, you'll take another approved elective from the list below in its place.
Elective options (choose 2):
All finance electives (except FIN:9160) require you to complete Managerial Finance first.
- Derivatives—FIN:9210 (Prerequisites: FIN:9200 and MBA:8180)
- Financial Modeling and Firm Valuation—FIN:9150
- Quantitative Finance and Machine Learning—FIN:9160 (No prerequisite required)
- Real Estate Finance and Investments—FIN:9230
- Wealth Management—FIN:9350
