The Network of Leadership Scholars (NLS) and the International Centre of Leadership and Followership at Durham University Business School in England has awarded Tippie’s Jennifer Nahrgang the 2022 NLS Mid-Career Standout Scholar Award.

This is prestigious award for Nahrgang, who is the Lloyd J. and Thelma W. Palmer Professor at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. She was selected out of a highly competitive pool of nominees for her contributions to the field of leadership.

Nahrgang has been a professor at the University of Iowa since 2020. She teaches topics related to leadership, team development, and negotiations.

She will be honored in person at the 2022 Academy of Management conference in Seattle, Wash. in August.
