What we look at

Work experience

We recommend at least two years of full-time, post-undergraduate work experience, but there are exceptions. Undergraduate summer internships and co-ops can count toward this requirement in many cases.

Your test scores

We accept both the GMAT and GRE on an equal basis. If you take the test more than once, we’ll look at your highest total score. If you’re not a native English speaker, we’ll need a TOEFL or IELTS score to show your language skills.

Your admissions interview

Interviews are a one-on-one conversation with a member of our admissions team. They last about an hour and are by invitation only. All candidates who visit campus will receive an interview.

Your academic record

A bachelor’s degree is required to apply. We review your transcripts, which you can upload when you fill out the application. If you’re admitted, we’ll need official transcripts, but unofficial copies are fine for now.

Admission for women, Veterans, and college seniors

An MBA classroom full of students from all walks of life makes everyone's MBA experience richer. To attrack these unique-background students, we've created special admission programs for women, military veterans, and college seniors.

Lisa Ferguson

Women aren’t equally represented in the ranks of business leaders, and they’re not making up half of MBA classrooms. We’re helping that goal become reality with programming and scholarships.

Justin Botts

Veterans and active-duty U.S. military get extra support through scholarships, an accelerated admission process, and employment programs while enrolled.
