The Tippie College of Business’ Iowa MBA degree is among the top 21 public online MBA programs in the country, according to the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings.
Tippie’s online MBA in Finance and online MBA in Business Analytics programs are also ranked among the top public online programs. The magazine also ranked the MBA program a top program for veterans.
The rankings, published January 21, 2025 include:
—The online MBA program jumps four spots to 21st in the latest rankings, putting it in the top 10 percent among all public online MBA programs. It ranks 25th among all private and public university programs.
—MBA in Business Analytics is ranked 15th, up five spots from last year.
—Among General Management online MBA programs, Tippie was ranked 19th.
—In a new ranking, Tippie’s online MBA in Finance program ranked 8th.
—The college was also ranked 17th for best public online MBA programs for veterans, recognizing the college’s efforts to help veterans apply and pay for the program.
Programs were ranked based on multiple factors, including engagement (the extent to which a degree program promotes participation by enabling students to effectively interact with instructors and classmates); services and technologies; faculty credentials and training; and peer evaluations.
