Connect locally while engaging globally

The Institute for International Business (IIB) is the international education and engagement arm of University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. IIB implements Tippie’s internationalization mission to engage our students, faculty, and staff to act as leaders in a global business environment. IIB strengthens links between the Tippie, Iowa communities, and the world.

Since 1999, IIB has been committed to educating students and communities about international business and trade, entrepreneurship and innovation, and fostering a global mindset. The IIB team has years of combined experience in cross-cultural programming, student enrichment, economic development, and international business.
