Before Submitting your Request for Late Admission, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a Change of College Application on MyUI for the semester following your intended admission. For Example: If you are applying for Spring 2025, please choose Fall 2025 on your Change of College Application.
  2. Fill out the form below, after your request is received, a member of our admissions team will contact UI admissions to move your application to your intended admission date.
