Kay and John Hegarty honor Dan Collins with new faculty excellence fund

Kay Hegarty and her husband, John Hegarty, Jr. (BA79), are honoring Collins through the creation of the Kay and John Hegarty Accounting Faculty Excellence Fund, which provides funding to faculty for their most pressing needs. Because of their giving, the Hegartys, of Swisher, Iowa, are now members of the Tippie Society, which recognizes the college’s most generous donors.
